We’re glad to have been selected as the preferred food waste disposer manufacturer to supply a brand-new testing centre, the Hearst Institute. We provided the facility with two of M 66 Series food waste disposers that boast the highly sought-after Good Housekeeping Institute (GHI) Approved endorsement.

The 8,000 square feet of new testing facility is purpose built and based in Feltham. It has been constructed to increase the testing capacity of Hearst’s range of brands, including Cosmopolitan, ELLE, Good Housekeeping and Men's Health. A key part of the facility is the open-plan testing kitchen, which is utilised to assess and review appliances, large and small, as well as food products against set criteria.

“The InSinkErator Model 66 performed really well in all our tests, and as a result, is a welcomed product at the Hearst Institute. It disposes of everyday food waste, such as vegetable trimmings and small bones, with ease. It’s quick and simple to use and a convenient addition to the kitchen”
